Sri Dipak Mukherjee Ex CHQ President, hoisted our flag all the circle secretaries of FNPO & other leaders respect "Swahid" by flowers.
Sri Dipak Mukherjee inaugurated the conference. He reported elaborately the activity of Late K.R. and how he formed FNPTO on 10/10/1968 in the open session. He also mentioned that K.R. formed NFPTE on 24th Nov.1954. Sri Mukherjee reported in the delegate session present position of union and attack from the Department..
Sri Mukherjee read the message from Sri D. Thegarajan S/G FNPO and Sri N.K. Tyagi G/S NUR _ C to the house for successful conference. Due to Nagpur Golden jubilee celebration Sri D.Thegarajan did attend the NUR-C conference.
Sri Utpal Medhi & Sri Biswajyoti Nath presented Bi - annual report in the house. 69 delegates (Group -C & Group - D) and 100 visitors attended this conference. Sri Madhab kr. Hazarika D/S "GH" Division reported that membership increased in the last year due to union good activity.

Sri J.K. Sarmah elected as president, Sri Utpal Medhi elected as circle secretary of NUR - C and Sri Prafulla Ch. Das as president, Sri Boloram Deka as circle secretary NUR - D.
